Privacy
EUROKOREA is responsible for the data submitted through the contact form or by email to contact@eurokorea.fr. We use this information to understand and answer your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss a project or partnership. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and, when you request a quotation or contract, on the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take.
The form collects your name, company, email address, enquiry type and message. Your telephone number and proposed timing are optional. The two people responsible for handling enquiries can access this information. The website and company email are hosted by OVHcloud; business messages are also forwarded to the Google email accounts used by those people.
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained for a maximum of three years after the last exchange and are then deleted, unless certain information must be retained to establish or defend a legal right. Contract-related correspondence follows the retention periods applicable to contractual and accounting records.
A news subscription is separate from a contact enquiry. If you choose to subscribe, we process your email address and evidence of your agreement to send EUROKOREA news, based on your consent. Registration uses an external Brevo form and a double-confirmation email. Brevo processes this data on our behalf. Each news email includes an unsubscribe link; you can also ask us to delete your address by writing to contact@eurokorea.fr. We do not automatically add contact-form email addresses to the news list. You can also read Brevo’s privacy policy.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or restriction of its processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to contact@eurokorea.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
This website does not use advertising cookies or audience analytics tools. Each language has its own URL; your language choice is not saved in browser local storage. The external subscription form is hosted by Brevo, whose own rules apply when you open it.
