Moving from occasional monitoring to a structured, regular reading of customer feedback.
From July 2026, EUROKOREA implemented AI-assisted review monitoring for the four restaurants. This extends the reputation and dashboard work started during the first phase of the collaboration.
The system aims to organise feedback, identify recurring themes and prepare useful material for restaurant follow-up. Customer information and internal reports are not published here. No accuracy rate or commercial effect is claimed without documented measurement.
