A group identity that preserves the four restaurants
Positioning the four concepts, SAM Korean Tables identity, logo, social accounts, Threads, media kit, Linktree and editorial calendar. Website development is distinguished from publication: the group and SAMSO websites launched in October 2026.
SAMSO: prepare, open and build awareness
Communication before the February 2026 opening, press materials, creator coordination and a tasting. Ten participants recruited on Threads discovered five dishes and traditional drinks; their feedback was collected and analysed.
Content, creators and media relations
Production and publication for five accounts, brief preparation, visit coordination and filming support. Building a list of twenty media outlets and participation in Food Tendances on 9 April 2026. Actual coverage is distinguished from initial outreach.
Korean New Year on the ground
Three communication sequences before the event, product presentation and distribution outside SAMSUN and SAMSO, then welcoming and running activities for around 150 guests at SAMCHIC. On-site Stories and post-event Reels.
Reputation and monitoring tools
Weekly review monitoring and replies, observations and recommendations. A shared dashboard, comparison of loyalty solutions, coordination of the HeyPongo rollout, materials and handover procedures.
Restaurant consulting: recommendations rather than promises
For SAMBUN: positioning, market and competitor analysis, menu and ordering journey, pricing, takeaway, customer experience, loyalty and a roadmap. For SAMCHIC: its role within the group, menu, BBQ experience, service, brand visibility and implementation plan. Recommendations are not presented as changes that were all implemented.
Practical materials through to handover
Menu revisions, SAMSUN frontage posters, print-ready files, social and web-content updates, strategy reports and brief templates. Illustrated designs are communication materials, not event photographs.
