Food Tendances: SAM in the discussion on Asian dining

The group’s identity enters professional discussions and specialist hospitality press.
On 9 April 2026 in Paris, Eun Ok Lacour, founder of SAM Korean Tables, appeared in the Food Tendances programme at a round table on the development of Asian cuisine in France. She brought the perspective of a Korean restaurant group alongside other industry participants.
The Tendances Restauration report of 11 May quotes the founder and discusses interest in Korean culture and the diversity of the concepts. On 16 June, the same publication featured SAMSUN. EUROKOREA worked on materials, media contacts and the group presentation; these articles concern SAM and are not direct mentions of EUROKOREA.
